My internet problems are over
I have developed a strong trust for Copper.net. I first opted for their dsl service and was fully satisfied with the connection speed and bandwidth. I was using this connection for my home office as I had to transfer large files to other locations. Copper.net connection was helping me in uploading and downloading of important documents within seconds.
I have just recently subscribed with the dial-up service of the company. This connection is for my summer home in Connecticut. I do not need any major work to do during my vacation but do like to stay in touch with the outside world. I am just paying $9.95 a month for this cheap dial up service and this amount is certainly less than what other companies are offering.
I must admit that even this dialup connection is better than what I have seen in some other places. I never face any issues of disconnection or poor speed. I earlier had a connection of another company at my summer cottage but it was virtually useless. I used to make repeated calls to the service provider but they never showed up.
Copper.net has certainly improved its internet services over the years. The best aspect of their service is the 24/7 availability of helpline. They do not have any outsourced offices and thus I am saved from hearing fake accents. Both the customer service provider and I can easily understand each other and problems are resolved quickly. I am fully satisfied with both the dsl and dial-up services of Copper.net and strongly recommend this company to other users.
