Systems Integration for Large Concerns
Large manufacturing units require transportation of heavy duty spare parts or in some cases assembling of a number of complex spare parts with acute precision. Manual integration of such items becomes difficult and in some cases nearly impossible to achieve without faults. One solution to this dilemma is to have a separate conveyor belt exclusively for that operation of the assembly line. This solution however would prove to be difficult to operate, costly, and high in maintenance.

Sets of different conveyor belts are integrated for each stage of the process to form a whole ultra efficient conveyor system. The reliability of each conveyor system is tested through simulation.
